petition
Is ther a form I could use to write a petition for a case to be heard at the justice cour level Case involves returning a dog to its owner. Former girldfrien and boyfriend fighting over ownership of the dog.

Re: petition
An action for specific performance (return of property) may only be filed with the Supreme Court and not a lower court.
For a form, you may go to your local Supreme Court library and they will help you find the form.
