Procedure for filing amended order to show cause

I have filed an Order to Show cause in a proceeding against a cooperative board.

How do I go about filing an AMENDED order To Show Cause to replace the Order to Show Cause previously already filed with the court?

Re: Procedure for filing amended order to show cause

Usually you amend an OSC for a new date or new serving instructions. To amend the OSC, you would appear before the judge on or before the return date and request the amendment.

If you seek different relief from the Court, you should be withdrawing your OSC and filing a new OSC.
