Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New York

I'd like to know the procedure for initiating a class action suit. My bank, which offered checking overdraft protection, suddenly instituted a fee regarding its use. I didn't sign up for that, so what gives. I called and complained, the fee was reversed, but that 's not the point.

I know that when Fleet bank increased my APR in '06 which was previously fixed, someone started a class action suit, and won (i was a member of the suit)!! Please advise.

Class action suits are complicated -even for attorneys. It is best that you consult with an attorney that is familiar with consumer protection actions.
