product liability(??)
I used a tooth whitening kit,and it has left a permanent line across the middle of my front teeth since the day I used it.I only used it the one time,exactly as per their instructions.I sent an immediate email to their website,in Sept,no reply,am going to write another letter now.I want to get an opinion on the outcome of suing them,because one way or another I will.I had a professional photographer take pictures 2 days after it happened and i still have them.

You could have a decent case if it can be shown that the whitening kit caused the damage to your teeth and the damage is, in fact, permanent.
