Re: property

This is an easy one: big branches falling onto your property from your neighbor's tree is his responsibility. And any damages are his to pay for.

Sometimes a letter or telephone call from a lawyer can be helpful in these situations. You are welcome to a consultation for no fee.

Good luck.

Re: property

You are responsible to maintain your property. So is your neighbor.

If it was a big limb that was overgrown

for some time, and fell and caused damage, your neighbor could be responsible for the damage.
