As a pro se litigant, I am seeking assistance/resource material on devicing well structured questions for direct examination.

While this is an excellent questions, direct examination is what you ask of YOUR witnesses..they should all be who what where type ... and the type to elicit a prima facie case...but as to what to ask specifically, without knowledge of case facts, no one answer your question.
