Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New York

I recently called in a complaint to the NYC ASPCA regarding an individual that was hoarding cats, as well as neglecting and abusing them. While I was compelled to give my name and phone number in order to obtain information regarding the outcome of the invetigation, I made it clear that I wanted to remain anonymous. Now I have learned from a third party who knows the individual that I filed the complaint against, that she has retained an attorney in order to learn my identity. While I am aware that a court can issue a court order in order to compel the ASPCA to reveal my identity, my question is under what circumstances? What sre the potential ramifications? The complaint was valid and in the interest of the suffering animals.
