Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New York
I recently got trapped in a lift in a hotel in New York.
The lift failed and I was alone between the 22nd and 21st floor while they tried to get it working again. I t took approx. 15 minutes. They have sent me a letter from the insurance people to see if I am ok.
Do I have any right to claim?
