Refusing to call 911

I was recently involved in an assault situation. While in my illegal apartment my fiance's daughters father came over to pick up the child. There were words passed back and forth and myself and my fiance were attacked and beaten. I recieved a concussion and brusing and she recieved brusing and back injuries. As for the assalant we are dealing with him in court, but my question relates to my landlord. As all of this was happening we were yelling for my landlord to call 911 as we were being attacked. She refused stating ''you are in an illegal apartment I am not having the cops at my house''. Is she lible for any wrongdoing?

what do you mean by "illegal"? Illegally zoned?

Is it a private home or a multi-apartment residential complex or something else? Did the landlord know it was happening and if so how?

Generally, there are no 'Good Samritan' Laws here in this State, meaning that a person does not have ot legally geti nvolved and help anyone in any situation of danger. However, there have been some cases where there was fault found on the part of a person for not assisting another in danger, but those are pretty rare instances.
