Refusing to let police to serch you
cant the police randomly search you and can you refuse to let them search you.

This is a fact specific question and usually comes down to your word versus theirs. They have the right to keep themselves safe to start with.

YOu asked about a random search. Police cannot stop and search you on mere suspicion or on intuition. They cannot stop and search you on anything less than probable cause.
