Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New York

Roommate

I am dealing with a psycho roommate right now. She is stealing from me and owes me over $700.00. She pays her rent late and has not given me any money toward any bills. What can I do? The local police are not helping and neither is my landlord. I just want her out.

It is called Small Claims court. Go to your nearest village court and sue her!!!!!!!!
