How many days do I have, as the Defendant's attorney to serve the notice of appearance upon Plaintiff's counsel and by what means of service? CPLR......?

See CPRL Section 320.

However, that you ask this question suggests to me that you may not be licensed in New York. If you are not admitted in New York you may not answer on behalf of a third party or a corporation.
