Stephen Loeb Law Office of Stephen R. Loeb

Re: signatures

Unless otherwise designated, anyone can sign, (BTW the signing is intended to protect the carrier not the sender or addressee) but only the addressee or someone authorized by him may collect the contents of the package.

Should you like to discuss this or any other legal matter, you can e-mail me for more information about low cost face-to-face, on-line, or a telephone consultation with a lawyer in our office.
