Signing an attorney's neme with his permission

Is there any circumstance whatsoever wherein an attorney can lawfully give his client ''permission'' to sign his name to legal documents in a Federal Court case?

No, because you are not an attorney. How could you affirm that you are admitted to the bar of a Federal District? This does not make sense.
