Now he wants the jeep back. won't give me the title and said I owed him for insurance. I have the proof. in my case, what can I do and how should I do it in court. Also I he wins do I have to give him the jeep as it is now, or can I give it to him the way it was when I got it?

Re: small claims court

Small claims court does not have the jurisdiction to direct seller to deliver title. The court only has jurisdiction to award money damages.
