Small Claims and your credit report
I am being sued in Small claims court. I was asked to appear on people's Court for this case and they offered to pay me if I win and pay off the debt if I lose. Would something like this go on my credit report?

If you lose and they pay it, then there should be no judgment filed against you and therefore not on your credit report.
