Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New York
Can I sue my business partner?
What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? New York
I have a partner in a NY corporation.
Most of our clients pay us through our business account, but other clients made payments into her personal accounts overseas.
She's trying to keep that money out of my hands even though 1/2 of it corresponds to me.
Can I sue her for fraudulent actions?

Your question does not provide enough information to be certain, however it is possible that our partner has misappropriated money. If she has done so, it is actionable.

I agree with David. You need to provide more information. However, if the partner took money earned by the corporation, the corporation would commence the action against the individual.
Mike.
