Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New York

Can I Sue a District Attorney?

Can I sue a District Attorney in a NY criminal case for citing to the Court a statement supposedly made by me if I never made such statement; signed such statement; testified to such statement; or even spoke to the DA?

I live in Florida; the case involved a family member on trial in NY. I believe this, along with dismissed charges brought against same family member as factual evidence of prior bad acts, is prosecutorial misconduct. Do I have the right to bring a civil case against this DA?
