Re: What can i sue a neighbor for?

This is a problem you don't need! But it is a problem the law can assist you with. Provided your husband has not had to go to the hospital for help, this is a classic small claims court action. You will pay 15.00 to the court as a filing fee and I recommend you accept an arbitrator on the night of the trial. You will sue for several things - harassment, battery, and nuisance. Tell the arbitrator the facts and ask for 3,000 $ and an order not to spray in the hallway. You are welcome to a consultation at no fee at my offices at 42 West 44th St., NY,NY. Please call for an appointment first. (646) 591-5786
