sue neighbor disturbance of peace, smoke

Hi over the past 6 months I've been tortured by regular loud noise & second hand smoke exposure from the neighbor below me who is renting from a condo owner. I've made several complaints, written letters & the useless condo board and owner have done nothing. They even play noise at 3 in the morning & smoke seeps into my condo unit above. I can't live like this anymore. I'm up now because of their loud music woke me out of sleep!

Don't go to court empty handed. Start gathering your evidence first, such as, recording the noise and make an inquiry with your other neighbors and see if they are also having the same complaints. After you gather your evidence, present it again to the condo board. If they refuse to address your complaint see an attorney.
