im being sued for a private auto sale when the buyer says the car is no good. does she have a chance of winning in small claims court?

If you made a material misrepresentation to the plaintiff that the car was "good" and you knew that the representation was false and you knew that the plaintiff would rely on your representation and the plaintiff actually relied on your representation, then the plaintiff would be able to win in Court.
