i'm suing pro se

which CPLR rules require defendant to supply info/documents to plaintiff in Discovery? After how many days? Do i need to file documents such as D&I with the Court?

Rules are set forth in 3120 of the CPLR. Time limit to produce documents are not less than 20 days. You do not need to file documents with the Court.
