What is a ''Sur-Reply''?

A reply that is not authorized by the CPLR. Normally it is Brief in Support, Opposition, Reply Brief - anything after is sureply.

It means a reply of the reply. Or just think of the song "one more time".

Sur-reply's are not contimplated in the cplr. If you really want to upset your opponent you may want to try a sur rebuttal.
