theft of services
a company i did janitorial work for in 2007 refuse to pay me $2200.00 i've been to small claims and its very difficult to collect can i have these people arrested on theft of services charges and would i get my money faster by going this route

the appropriate way to go about this is to file a report with the Department of Labor. They will investigate your claim and direct the company to pay you if it is owed.
