Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New York

Verbal Agreement

I recently agreed to have dental work done. It was one of the first times this dentist was doing this proceedure in his new office. He verbally told me a price to which I agreed. When I received my first bill it was 1000 more than what he quoted (nothing ever written). Now he says he never gave me that first price, when in fact I know he did. WHat can I do?

Re: Verbal Agreement

Pay the agreed to price, and make him sue you for the rest. Or see if you can reach a compromise agreement.
