Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New York

i won a one time lawsuit it was from a previous job money that was owed to workers i am on section 8 and filling out my revue package they ask a question about inheritances,lottery winnings and lump sum payments they want current market value and total annual income. this was a one time only deal do i still have to report this to section 8
