Work place harassment

Another employee video taped me without me knowing it, he showed everyone at work this video. I feel helpless, and violated.

Is the video being shown for a work related purpose?

If the video is being shown for a legitimate work reason and was taken for a legitimate work related reason then it is not a violation of your rights.
