Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New York

I'm from New York and I sold a friend my four wheeler. They didn't pay all that was negotiated and stopped returning my calls and making payments. I still have all the paperwork for it. The person still owes me well over half what was negotiated. I was wondering if there's anyway I can get my four wheeler back or what should I do moving forward?
