Denial of appropriate medication for chronic pain
Is a doctor able by law to to refuse to perscribe appropriate medication to a pacient with proven (xrays)chronic pain? If not, are there any exceptions?

A doctor my treat the patient in a manner consistent with the professional training of the doctor. If this means not wrtiting a prescription, so be it.
