Legal Question in Health Care Law in New York
Seems every health service I try to use I have to sign a waiver or release of responsibility and liability to get service. I try doctors or gyms and I can't get service without signing my protection away. Is that legal? What can I do to protect my right to sue if true negligence is the cause of my injury?

Yes, it legal for the providers to ask for a waiver of liability. If however, you are injured while using there facility, consul with an attorney as to whether you have a legal remedy.
