Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York
6 day work week
Is it ok for my employer to have me work 6 days a week and only pay for 5 days with overtime starting at 48hrs instead of 40? This is not a year-round but just during our busy season. Also can my employer say that my paid vacation time is covered by those extra days?

Vacation is when you don't have to come to work. That is a problem already.
