i have 2 misdemeanor convictions for aggravated harrassment dating from 1992 and 1997. will they cause me to be denied entry into non visa countries when i travel from the USA? also, when filling out a visa form, will they deny me because of them?

You could be denied. If I were you, I would be more concerned with whether I will be able to re-enter the U.S. after traveling outside of it. Your convictions make you inadmissble and you may not be let back into the U.S. If you are already a U.S. citizen, then you would be let back in.
