if i have a 10 year visa but the immigration personal give me six month in the country but i want to attend school what are the step should i take

You need to be admitted to a U.S. University first. Once accepted, they will issue you a Form I-20. Then you will have to return home to obtain the F-1 visa at the U.S. Consulate.
If you file for a "change of status" in the United States, chances are, it will be denied, as USCIS does not like approving changes of status from B-2 to F-1.
Once you get accepted to a University, there is a Designated Student Officer who can assist you further with the F-1 process.
