Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York

About 3 years ago, I jumped a turnstile in NYC and got caught by the police. I was given a yellow ticket titled Transit Adjudication Bureau. This was the box checked: "N.Y.C.T.A. Rule Violation charged (21 N.Y.C.R.R. PART 1050) 4(a) entered without payment." So I went to the TAB and paid the $100 fine. My question is, now I'm applying for a green card and on the I-485 form, Part 3 #1b, "have you ever been arrested, cited, charged, indicted, convicted, fined, or imprisoned for breaking or violating any law or ordinance, excluding traffic violations," should I check Yes or No? Is this ticket going to negatively affect my green card application? Thank you for your time and answers! I really appreciated it.

Ticket = cited. Disclose it. Whether or not it will have an impact on your AoS case is unknown as more information is needed to determine.
