If a person come to the USA as a perminant residence. How long the person have to stay in the USA before they can travell to another country?

Dear Sir/Madam,
Once someone has obtained Permanent Resident status there is no waiting time in order to legally travel out of the U.S. as long as one has a valid Permanent Resident Card or I-551 stamp in their passport.
