Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York
Ap travel
Greetings from New York.
I have my AP and my EAD, but I am
currently between jobs. If I were to
travel, would I get asked questions at
the airport on return about my
current employment. If I say I am
not currently employed but I have
the AP and the EAD, would this cause
a refusal of entry?
Many thanks!
James

Re: Ap travel
If you havent overstay your visa prior to your adjustment and dont have criminal records, you should not have any problems to enter.
If you have other concerns please contact us.
Re: Ap travel
You should consult with an attorney prior to travelling to be sure that you will be allowed to reenter the United States on the advance parole documents. Things to consider will be the basis for your advance parole, where you will be travelling, your immigration and criminal history.
