Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York
I applied for J-1 waiver under no objection statement. My embassy states that no objection statement was sent to U.S department of state in October 2012. But the U.S department of state is still claiming that they have not received the statement yet and my application is still waiting to be processed. What should I do?
