When apply to H1 visa

I have my sponsor for H! visa, I need to know when my sponsor can apply for H1 visa for next 2007 or 2008

Assuming all else is in order and this is a "new" H-1B you will can have a start date of Oct. 1, 2007.

Your employer will be able to send in the application on April 1, 2007 for a start date of October 1, 2007.
