Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York
I am applying for a employment authorization with the I-765 form. But I am currently working off the books. DO I disclose that I am working off the books on the I-765 worksheet or should I just put that I have no income since I am working off the books? How do about people go about situations like this?

You really need to speak with an attorney before filing an I-765. By lying to USCIS about your work history, you will be perjuring yourself. By disclosing it, you will potentially be admitting to both tax and immigration fraud.
