Applying for a green card
I was oder removal by a judge almost three years ago I filed an appeal wich was also denied. My husband is now an american citizens will he be able to petition for me, without me having to live the country?

You are subject to a final order of removal. You will need to get the USICE's consent to reopen your case for adjustment of status by way of a "Joint motion to reopen." While your USC husband can file a visa petition for you, in order for you to get your green card, you need to have your case reopened first with the Government's consent.
