Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York
i am an approved asylee in usa and recently turned 18. i have not applied for an Employment Authorization Card yet. As i will be eligible to apply for green card in just a few months i decided not to apply for one to save money. But in my i-94 it says the phrase "Employment Authorized." So, can i still get a job without the EAC?
