approved i-824, what's next?
after the i-824 got approved and was sent to the country/consulate where my spouse is, how/ what will she file to process her greencard?

She should receive information from the consulate about her interview for her greencard application. But make sure the USCIS has actually informed the consultate. Often, CIS delays and then significant time is lost without the consulate ever being aware of the I-824 approval.
