Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York
I was arrested for patronizing a prostitute it turn out to be a cop. This happened in 2003 and then i spend one night in jail and attended safe sex education classes. Now i have a case of citizenship coming up on November 2011. Should i get a lawyer to file my case or I can file the case myself. Would i be asked for an interview in this citizenship case as i did not have any interview for my green card case. How is the process like these days? What kind of background check do they do when processing citizenship case? Do they still ask for people to come in for the interview?
