For citizenship interview i need the court disposition letter. In my case since i never had to go to the court will they still have this letter or i need something different?

No, you were never charged with anything, apparently, so there is no court disposition. Thats just a generic request in the USCIS list of documents you're supposed to bring to the interview. What you can do is to get a letter from the court that there is no case under your name in their records, and a letter from the police department that you were arrested but released on that date.

I would need more information regarding your particular case before I can comment on it properly.
However, I must point out the fact that it does not matter to the immigration service if you never saw a judge. The question would be have you ever been arrested?
You will have to inform immigration of your arrest, and explain the reasons why you were arrested.
Please note that you will still need the disposition letter.
