Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York
hi i have already took my asylum interview in NYC,and at the end of interview the asylum officer told me the decision will be mailed to me and then the officer gave me a document to sign (Mail out notice), i don't know why i won't come in person take the decision 2 weeks after generally? and my brother took his asylum interview before me based on the same story and same declaration and he got asylum granted, i would like to know what are my chances to get my asylum granted and how long it could take ?
