If you have been in the US without status for more than 365 days and you are over 18, and you leave the US, you will not be able to re-enter for 10 years without applying for a waiver at the consulate. If you have been here since you were 5, you may be able to apply for your permanent residence while remaining in the US. You should speak with an immigration attorney who will need to know your parents' immigration history in order to advise you about your options in the US if you were to get married.
