Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York
I was brought to USA with forged documents, when I was 4 years old. I am 24 now and married to a U. S. Citizen. I do not have a passport and I do not have a proof that I enetred the country.
What are my options to get a green card?

You cannot adjust your status in the U.S. However, you may get immigrant visa through consulate, once U.S. citizen petition is approved. You would need to submit a waiver of inadmissibility which if approved will allow you to enter the U.S.
Caveat waivers are extremely difficult to prepare, it is recommend to consult with an experience immigration attorney prior to attempting to undertake any steps.
