Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York
I am a Canadian Citizen . I entered USA on july 25th (2013) with my Canadian passport. and on my passport there is a stamp that states I have to leave by January 25th (2014) . My question is : "Can I leave USA on January 24th and come back a few days later ? Is there a certain number of days I need to be outside USA to be able to come back in ?
