Re: Change Employer after LCA

You can change employers after and LCA is filed, if your are eligible for an H-1B. The new employer will have to file a new LCA and will have to file a new H-1B application on your behalf. Depending on your current status, you may be eligible to work for the new employer while the application is pending. You should contact an attorney to determine your eligibility.
