Hello, I am a US citizen and will be marrying a UK citizen. I will be moving to the UK, where should the civil ceremony be done? What forms and legal conditions do I need to fill?

You can move to the U.K. and marry there, however, the fact that you won't be residing in the U.S. may cause some problems.
